Reimbursment policy
As stablished by the Colombian Consumer Statute,
purchases made by remote media, through our website and through social networks (Whatsapp and Instagram) are subject to the Right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is the possibility provided to the client to request the return of all the money paid as well as to return the product received. In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011, the consumer must exercise this right within the first (5) five business days following the date the product was delivered.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
1. The customer must contact Aura within (5) five business days from the date the product is delivered.
2. The customer must pay the value of the return freight of the product: In case of return of the product, the customer must pay the cost of the withdrawal, which has the same rate that was paid at the time of purchase.
3. The customer must send the original purchase invoice or any document that proves that the product was purchased at Aura.
4. The product must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
5. No product changes are made with any kind of arrangement or modification.
6. The price that is recognized when making the change or return is the value paid at the time of purchase
In the event that all the indicated conditions are met, Aura will return to the consumer all the amounts paid without proceeding to make downloads or withholdings for any reason. Changes
- You have 30 calendar days after the purchase date to make an exchange; After this time no changes can be made.
- The change of item by reference and/or color is allowed as long as they have NOT been used, damaged, or are dirty.
- The product must be in original condition and not present any type of modification.
- Changes are allowed for the same or greater value to the original product, assuming the customer the additional cost.
- The price that is recognized when making the change is the value paid at the time of purchase.
- Custom-made products are NOT changeable. The change of the product will only and exclusively be due to quality defects.
Warranty
If the product has a manufacturing, quality or suitability problem, and you have complied with all the care recommendations, and the term of the guarantee that has been offered has not expired, contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Email. We will attend your request for the effectiveness of the guarantee, according to the rules established in Title III, Chapter I of Law 1480 of 2011 – Consumer Protection Statute and Decree 735 of 2013.
Applies in cases of:
1. Material defects (discoloration, faded fabric or tears)
2. Loose or burst seams
Does not apply in cases of:
1.Bad wash
2. Burns or cuts
3. Misuse of the product, using excessive force or friction that overloads the product.
4. Modifications to the original design or intervention of third parties outside the company
5. Contact with acids or solvents such as high concentration bleaches, fats, oils, among others.
